Had some time this morning and made this cake in such serenity, it really brought me joy. Lost in my own thoughts and just let inspiration come over me. It was only when I finished that I realised that no-one had even ordered it!

This simple and elegant cake is so deceptive because inside it contains numerous layers of soft chocolate cake layered with nutella ganache and tons of chopped hazelnuts and ferrero roche pieces.

Black is slimming even on a cake, making this one look particularly tall and elegant! Vanilla cake with raspberry ripple filling and chocolate ganache buttercream.
Salted caramel with handmade meringues and chocolates. And tiny little dried roses because this cake was for a lady called Rosa!
A great example of the sort of cake we have available in our bakery at most given times. The lady who ordered this, popped in at lunchtime to ask what we had freshly baked and it was ready and waiting for her when she popped back at tea-time.
